		<description>Food is a personal choice, but I have a really hard time embracing that thought when I see how most of the population has little interest in maintaining health, or has a list of excuses for obesity that is longer than the Gettysburg Address.  That is not a life lived, at all.  That is a lot of whining, a real lack of self-awareness, and a tacit refusal to do the right thing when it comes to food choices.  And I say that as a woman who grew up fat, was a fat persecuted kid in school, and is working to drop poundage, again.</description>
